  • Custom Orders: Non-refundable 50% deposit required.

  • Sizing: Refer to our Size Guide. No returns for incorrect size selections.

  • Product Images: Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

4. Payment & Fraud Prevention

  • Accepted Methods: Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit/debit cards.

  • Security: PCI-DSS compliant encryption. We never store full credit card details.

  • Fraud Checks: May request ID verification for high-value orders.

5. Shipping & Returns

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, product designs) is owned by Swastik Elegance.

  • Unauthorized use triggers legal action under Canada’s Copyright Act.

8. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for:

  • Indirect damages (lost profits, data breaches).

  • Third-party tools (e.g., Shopify apps).

  • Product misuse or alterations.

Maximum Liability: Order value paid.

9. Dispute Resolution

  1. Negotiation: Email legal@swastikelegance.ca within 30 days.

  2. Mediation: If unresolved, proceed through Quebec small claims court.

10. Amendments

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use = acceptance.
