• We currently ship only within Canada.

• Note: USA shipping is temporarily unavailable.

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

• Delivery times vary by location (typically 3-7 business days after processing).

3. Free Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $99 CAD.

• Orders under $99 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 CAD.

4. Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

• Track your package through Canada Post’s website.

5. Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned due to incorrect address, customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

6. Order Changes/Cancellations

• Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to cancel (before shipment).

• Once shipped, standard return policy applies.
