1. General Policy

  • Quebec Online Orders (Required by Law):

    • 7-day cancellation period from delivery date (full refund, including original shipping).

    • Email support@swastikelegance.ca to request cancellation. No return authorization needed.

    • We cover return shipping costs (mandatory for Quebec distance sales).

  • All Other Returns (Voluntary Policy):

    • 7-day return window from delivery date.

    • Items must be:

      • Unused/unworn

      • In original packaging with tags

      • Include proof of purchase (order ID)

2. How to Return

  1. Email support@swastikelegance.ca within 7 days with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return + photos of item(s)

  2. Wait for approval (we’ll respond within 24 hours).

  3. Ship items back:

    • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless defective/wrong item).

    • Use trackable shipping (we’re not responsible for lost returns).

    • Clearly write the RAN (Return Authorization Number) on the package.

3. Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 business days of receipt.

  • Original shipping fees non-refundable (except for Quebec online cancellations).

  • Refund issued to original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • Available for:

    • Wrong items received

    • Defective merchandise

  • We cover exchange shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (hygiene reasons)

  • Custom/engraved items

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Opened beauty products

6. Defective Items

  • Report within 24 hours with photos/video.

  • We cover return shipping and send a replacement.


Important Notes

  • Quebec online sales: By law, returns are FREE for 7 days.

  • All other returns: Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective.

  • Allow 1–2 billing cycles for refunds to appear.
