To return an item, contact us to request a return authorization number at support@swastikelegance.ca. Then, send the item back to us with the return authorization number and a copy of your receipt.

You can choose to receive a full refund except shipping cost or store credit

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged. Also, shipping for initial delivery will be deducted from the refund.

Yes, you can choose to have your order shipped to a different address than your billing address.
